Bandoneon, 142-note, built in Germany, likely by a small workshop, no manufacturer’s mark, black lacquer finish, two-chord, octave tuning, alternating notes, Argentine system (Rhenish), zinc reed plates (Dix, Gera – the same ones used in Alfred Arnold bandoneons), no production or serial number, exact year of manufacture unknown, but estimated to be ca. 1920, original airtight bellows, original, very good buttons with mother-of-pearl inlays (bird’s-eye), mechanics completely restored in May 2026 and newly tuned by Robert Wallschläger, Carlsfeld;  tuning A’ = 442 Hz, modern new leather valves,  instrument in very good working condition, very beautiful, characteristic sound, comes with a new carrying case with backpack function. As always, a DVD with many sheet music scores and instructional materials for bandoneon is included.
